Remote or on-site, in English or Chinese. Your team learns only the modules you've turned on.

Pick a quiet day — often a weekend — and switch over with us on call.

inFlow On-Premise
inFlow stopped selling and supporting its on-premise edition in July 2024, and in our testing it won't install on Windows 11. Back up your inFlow data first; Seekoo imports inFlow's exports directly.
QuickBooks
Keep QuickBooks Online for the books. Seekoo runs orders, stock and the counter, and sends invoices and payments across. Items, customers and vendors come in from QuickBooks exports.
Spreadsheets
Send us what you have. We map your columns to Seekoo's import and check the first run with you.
Your accountant keeps QuickBooks
Seekoo is not accounting software. It syncs invoices, payments, bills and a daily inventory entry to QuickBooks Online, and gives your accountant a free read-only login.
