Moving from inFlow

inFlow On-Premise won't install on Windows 11? Keep your data safe, then move.

inFlow stopped selling and supporting its on-premise edition on July 31, 2024, and in our testing it won't install on Windows 11. Seekoo imports inFlow's exports and checks every row before saving — a data migration you can see — runs hosted or on your own server, and has no caps on orders.

Why now

It still opens today. That won't last.

inFlow On-Premise may still run on the PC you have. Replace that PC, or upgrade Windows, and it may not install again.

Support has ended

inFlow stopped selling, activating and supporting its on-premise edition on July 31, 2024.

Won't install on Windows 11

In our testing, inFlow On-Premise does not install on Windows 11.

Windows 10 has reached end of support

Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. Your next PC replacement makes the move unavoidable.

What comes over

Your data migration, row by row

Back up your inFlow data first and don't uninstall the old program. Seekoo reads inFlow's exports and shows you every row before anything is saved; fix what's wrong and run it again.

Imported from your files

Products and categories, customers and vendors, price lists, stock on hand and reorder points, bills of materials.

Settled with you at switch-over

Open sales and purchase orders, and unpaid customer and vendor balances.

The old system stays for reference

We decide together how much history comes into Seekoo; your inFlow data stays available to look things up.

After the move

Pick your modules. Keep QuickBooks for the books.

Turn on only the modules you need — and we build the last 10% that's yours alone.

Only what you use

Pick any 5 modules for Standard; turn on a 6th for Advanced. Modules you haven't turned on don't appear at all.

QuickBooks Online sync

Invoices, payments, bills and a daily inventory entry sync automatically; your accountant gets a free read-only login.

Runs on your local network

Install it on a server at your shop; fully offline sites run on a license file.

FAQ

Common questions

Is my inFlow data safe until I switch?

As long as you don't uninstall the old program and you back up inFlow's data folder in full, your data is still there. We check that the backup reads before we start.

How long does switching take?

Your data is imported and checked while inFlow keeps running; the switch itself is set for a quiet day, often a weekend, with us on call.

Can we keep working on our local network?

Yes. Seekoo can run on your own server on your local network, at the same price as hosting. Fully offline sites run on a license file.

What does it cost?

Standard is $249 a month in year one and $349 from year two; Advanced is $399 and then $549 — billed annually, 5 users included. Go-live help is optional: $0, $1,500 or $3,500.
