An AI assistant that works on your business — by your rules
Ask from any page in Seekoo. It answers from your live records, drafts the paperwork and waits for you to confirm. It sees and does only what the person asking is allowed to.
Understand, act, keep work moving
Understand
Ask how something is done in Seekoo, or ask about your own data. It knows which page you're on, looks the answer up in your records and links to them, so you can check.
- “A customer returned two units and one is damaged — what do I do?”
- “How many 3-ton units are left in Queens?”
- “What does Northside owe, and is any of it overdue?”
Act
Say what you need and AI drafts it. Every draft and every change arrives as a card showing exactly what will happen; you confirm or discard.
- “Quote Northside 10 of the 3-ton units at their contractor price.”
- “Order 20 more copper elbows from Metro.”
- “Northside's job sites are in New Jersey now — change their tax code.”
Keep work moving
The steps after the draft go faster too. One sentence, one confirmation, and the order moves on.
- “Turn quote Q-1042 into an order.”
- “Invoice SO-1187.”
- “Receive everything on PO-2207.”
Good for everyone on the team — and a new way to run the business
One assistant, different work for each person, always within their own permissions.
For the owner
Ask the business how it's doing — then ask the next question
Finding out what's working used to mean running reports, exporting them to spreadsheets and cross-checking them yourself. Now you ask. The answer comes from the same reports your numbers are built on, every figure linked to the orders and invoices behind it — and you can keep going: which customers, which months, which prices.
- “Which products sold best this quarter, and which aren't moving?”
- “Why did our margin on AC units drop?”
- “How much cash is sitting in stock that hasn't sold in 90 days?”
- “How do we turn our stock faster?”
- “Which customers are buying less than last year?”
- Real numbers: totals come from Seekoo's reports, never worked out or estimated by the AI.
- As deep as you want to go: product → customer → order → line, every step a link.
- Advice is marked as advice. The decision stays yours.
For sales, the counter and purchasing
Answer on the spot, write by saying it
Stock, price and credit while the customer is still on the phone; quotes, orders and POs by saying what you need.
- “Is there enough 14/3 wire in Queens for this order?”
- “Quote Northside 10 of the 3-ton units.”
For new staff
Up to speed sooner, with less training
A new hire stuck on a screen asks right there, instead of waiting for a colleague or the next training session — and the answer fits the page they're on. They only see the modules you've switched on, so there's less to learn in the first place.
- “How do I set up a will-call pickup?”
- “What do I do with a damaged return?”
For accounting
Month-end, in questions
What's owed and overdue, what shipped but isn't invoiced, what arrived without a vendor bill. Invoices and payments are prepared for you to confirm.
- “What was delivered last month but not invoiced?”
- “Post Northside's $4,210 check to their two oldest invoices.”
Nothing changes until you confirm
The AI can't save anything by itself. Every change it proposes comes as a card like this one:
- Each field as it is now, and what it will become.
- What stays as it is, and what the change will and won't affect.
- Confirm runs it as you, with your permissions — and it's kept in the record's history. Discard, and nothing happened.
What it can do today
It follows the same rules your staff do
Your permissions, not more
The assistant works as the person asking. If someone isn't allowed to see costs, costs are taken out before the AI sees anything.
A person confirms every change
The AI has no way to save on its own. Voids, refunds and anything else that can't be undone stay with people.
Facts from your records
Numbers come from your data, not from the model's memory, and answers link back to the records. If it can't find something, it says so.
Everything is logged
Every question, answer and confirmed change is recorded, so you can always see who asked what and what was done.
Who can use it, and what it costs
- $49/month covers 2 AI users; each one after is $19/month. The AI model is included — no API key, no second bill.
- Who is an AI user is a switch on their role: admin, sales and accounting on to start, the warehouse off. People who don't use AI cost nothing.
- Each AI user adds about 200 questions a month to an allowance the company shares. We tell you at 80%; at 100% add more, carry on with a lighter model, or wait for next month.
Your data and the AI
- Off until an admin turns it on and agrees to what is sent to the AI provider.
- Only the question and the records needed to answer it are sent — after the asker's permissions are applied.
- The AI never reads your database directly or writes SQL; it goes through the same checks as the screens.
- The assistant needs an internet connection, even on your own server. Everything else in Seekoo keeps working without it.

Questions about the AI assistant
- Can the AI change my data without me knowing?
- No. It can only propose. Every change shows up as a card with what will change, and nothing is saved until a person clicks Confirm. Voids and refunds are never offered to the AI.
- Can a salesperson use it to see our costs?
- No. The assistant has exactly the permissions of the person asking. If their role can't see costs, costs are removed before anything reaches the AI.
- Do I need my own OpenAI or Anthropic account?
- No. The AI model is included in the price — there's no key to set up and no separate AI bill.
- What if we use up the month's allowance?
- We tell the admin at 80%. At 100% you can add more, keep going with a lighter model until the month ends, or wait for the allowance to reset. We never charge you extra without asking.
- Does it help when we hire someone new?
- Yes. A new hire can ask how something is done on the very screen where they're stuck, instead of waiting for a colleague or a training session, and they only see the modules you use. Less training for you, and they're working sooner.
- Does it work when Seekoo runs on our own server?
- Yes, as long as the server can reach the internet. If it can't, the assistant says so and the rest of Seekoo works as usual.
