Prices are locked for three years; after that they rise by no more than 5% a year.
The AI assistant
- $49/month covers 2 AI users; each one after is $19/month.
- An AI user is anyone whose role is allowed to use the assistant — a switch on the role. Admin, sales and accounting have it on to start, the warehouse off; change it any time. People who don't use AI cost nothing here.
- The AI model is included: no API key to get, no second bill.
- Each AI user adds about 200 questions a month to an allowance the whole company shares. We tell you at 80%; at 100% you can add more, carry on with a lighter model, or wait for next month — never a surprise charge.
- It stays off until an admin turns it on and agrees to what is sent to the AI provider.

How add-ons work
The base plan covers the daily work: goods are handed over straight from the order, whether the customer picks them up or you take them to the site. What only some businesses need is sold on its own: warehouse operations, delivery runs, assembly and advanced permissions at $49 each; lots, serial numbers, warranty / RMA and advanced pricing at $39 each; route planning at $29. Delivery runs need warehouse operations, and route planning needs delivery runs.
Everything simply adds up — each add-on, person and warehouse at its own price, nothing hidden and nothing capped. People cost less the more there are: $29 each for the 3rd to 10th person, $24 for the 11th to 20th, $19 for the 21st to 30th, and $14 from the 31st.
An add-on, a person or a warehouse takes effect as soon as the difference for the rest of your term is paid; removing one happens at renewal. An add-on still holding live work — products tracked by lot, open warranty cases — can't be switched off until that work is finished; we'll walk you through it.
